Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Yon-Ka. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for Ireland & Northern Ireland.
Yon-Ka Paris products are shipped by Renaissance Products Ltd on behalf of your nominated Salon/Spa during registration.

Please note that due to the Coronavirus pandemic and an unprecedented demand for online shopping, we are currently experiencing delays. Our team is working hard to ensure your order is packaged safely as we adhere to safety measures and will do our very best to ensure they get to you as soon as possible.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and dispatched via a third-party courier. This delivery time is only an approximation and during busy periods your shipment may take longer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive notification when your order is dispatched.
Items out of stock
In the event of one of your order items being out of stock, this item will be dispatched, at no additional postage charge, to you as soon as it is available. If we are unable to supply any item(s) within 14 days, you will be contacted by telephone or email to offer alternatives or cancel your order. We aim to deliver goods within a maximum time frame of no more than 21 days from receipt of order. If we are unable to do this, we will contact you to arrange for any necessary refund to be issued.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- All orders are currently being shipped by courier free of charge.
- Please note that courier delivery delays can occasionally occur.
All items will be dispatched with a returns document inside the box. Should you wish to return any item you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return you must send the item, unopened and in its original packaging along with the returns document (included in your delivery) and proof of purchase addressed to;

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow up to 5 working days for credit, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
