How to Order
- Please Log In using the ACCOUNT SIGN IN link at the top of the page
- Enter your email address and password (you will need to reset password for initial log in)
- Select range and category from the dropdown Professional Order menu (only available after you login)
- Please check your cart is empty before you start
- Enter the number of products you require under quantity
- Use the TAB key to jump to the next product
- Click the ADD TO CART button to add products to your cart
- Review the cart and update any changes
- Add your free samples as indicated and any marketing material required
- Check your order summary and complete the order
- Payment is made by credit card online or if you prefer to use another method select Cardless / Other Payment Method
- If card payment fails you can view your order by selecting WELCOME > MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page and selecting Orders from the side menu where you can use the re order option
- If you want to add to your order after completion select Cardless / Other Payment Method and when the additions have been made we will send you a link to make payment by card or any method you prefer
You can update quantities or remove products in the shopping cart. Also you can clear all products from your cart using the clear cart option. To return to the cart at any stage click on CART at the very top of the page
Your free sample allowance is displayed in the Cart and you can order the quantity displayed for free. Go to the samples section and enter the number of samples that were indicated on the Cart and click the ADD TO CART button. Your sample allowance is based on the number of retail & professional products ordered. Any samples over the allocation will be charged for when the order is processed and the invoice is generated. You can update quantities or remove samples on the shopping cart page. If you remove products the sample allowance will be reduced accordingly. The indicated sample allowance does not change as you add your samples.

If you require testers at 20% discount please add these from the Tester section on the menu and these will be added to your order. They can be ordered on the same order and do not need to be ordered separately.
Discount for Monthly Promotions are shown in each section and discount price is charged on your order.
Northern Ireland Orders
Accounts registered for VAT in Northern Ireland will have VAT included on the order and will need to select the Cardless / Other Payment Method. We can then send a link to pay the amount due excluding VAT. If you have a sterling account and wish to pay directly in sterling you will need to select the Cardless / Other Payment Method and we can process your payment by phone or if you prefer we can set you up for cardless payments in sterling on GoCardless.
Shipping for Orders placed online
Orders over €375 net of VAT will be shipped FREE of charge. All orders under €375 will be billed €5 for shipping.
Payments can be made by credit card at checkout or if you prefer you can select Cardless / Other Payment Method and we will use your chosen payment method specified on your account. If you are not setup for GoCardless or have not specified a default payment method and wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer please select Cardless / Other Payment Method and we will contact you for processing payment.
Your order history can be viewed by clicking WELCOME > MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page. Here you will see all your orders placed online.
If you have signed up for the affiliate link you can see your customer order history on MY ACCOUNT under Affiliate Programs. This does not show orders placed by customers linked to your account or linked at checkout.
