Customer Service and Sales Administrator 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside our dynamic team in Renaissance. Candidates should be proficient in all Microsoft packages and ideally have at least two years’ experience in either a reception or customer service role.

Main purpose of job:

Handling of sales orders, customer queries and issues, reception responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

Responsible for reception email

Processing phone, online and email and online orders on company accounts package (Access)

Handle all customer queries and grievances.

Liaise with company Sales Reps on road.

General administration duties

PA functions

Meeting minute taking and circulating

Preparation of meeting notes and material and power points

Taking appointments and organising meetings and work to meeting timetable

Taking and screen phone calls to MD

Responsible for staff travel arrangements

Events & Onsite Training Executive 

We are the Irish distributors of Yon-Ka Paris since 1991 and IMAGE Skincare since 2009, and have won numerous international distributor awards for professionalism, customer support and service, and results. Primary Duties

  • Participate in “open day” events with each account, including; set sales goals, organize and assist in promotional activities, assure account has invites organized and client’s booked and adequate stock for event. Ensure proper staffing for event within the account. Secure product and treatment sales in accordance with set goals 
  • Enforce event terms and conditions thereby ensuring success.
  • Fully understand and be confident with use of digital skin scanning equipment and have product knowledge to make effective treatment and homecare recommendations
  • Sales training with the business also required to promote business
  • Increase sales with existing accounts 
  • Update accounts on new products, treatments, marketing materials, company promotions and news, answer questions and be proactive in providing insights that will help drive product sales and business development.
  • Work to annual promotions target designed to grow sales annually.
  • Co- ordinate with other events people as required.
  • Further develop open day protocol in order to improve procedure in order optimise sales results.
  • Weekly reports to sales manager on events results and progress.
  • Overnight stays and travel will be required – trips should be planned to group events in areas to ensure time is spent efficiently combining onsite training with event support. 
  • Onsite Education – refresh knowledge of therapists at their place of business, further to education received at head office.  Run through features and benefits of products in each skincare brand.  
  • Run through treatment protocols.
  • Test skincare knowledge of therapists and report to training department. 
  • Identify anyone needing further education at training centre.


 2 Years minimum experience.

Must be qualified therapist specialising in skincare treatments
