With the holiday and bikini looming no wonder cellulite becomes one of the hot topics this time of year. We are constantly being bombarded with new ‘Wonder’ products that promise to get rid of cellulite. Now lets be realistic we all know a cream isn’t going to completely solve it – more’s the pity!
From a size 8 to 18 cellulite doesn’t discriminate, except for men of course! Factors such a lifestyle, exercise and beauty routine all play a factor along with our genes. So if your mother has cellulite you most likely will have to work to keep it a bay.
However it isn’t all doom and gloom there are things which we can do to help diminish and prevent it. Cellulite is basically fat cells gone wrong and what we need to do is improve diet and exercise along with our potions and lotions. If you are like me, I go the lotions and potions route mixed in with some more H2O.
Recently I discovered USPA Coffee & Sea Kelp
Organic Contour Scrub. I noticed it had one an award and thought I’d give it a try. Organic Contour Scrub contains ground coffee beans, sea kelp and ground pumice stone to name a few. Now I prefer my coffee in a cup so was intrigued about applying it to my dimply thighs.
I asked my therapist why coffee and she told me it basically helps stimulate and drain excess fluid. She said this along with sea kelp helps detoxify. And then the pumice was the scrub part. Sounds good to me.
Now comes the application – she explained that for optimum results body brush daily always working towards the heart to boost circulation. Then use the scrub on alternate days and to really working it in with fast deep movements to boost circulation and help mobilise those fat cells.
So I can say a month later I can see a noticeable difference and am not petrified of the bikini anymore. I do wish that I had done and before picture but to be honest I would rather not be reminded of those dimply thighs. So go out and get yourself a scrub today, such as the Coffee and Sea Kelp Contour Scrub and help tame the cellulite!
